Does your ice cream have egg?
No, our ice cream recipe is a Philadelphia base which is completely egg free.
Do you have dairy free options?
We sure do, our range is constantly expanding. Currently we have vegan coconut ice cream and sorbet options.
Is there gluten in your ice cream?
Our ice cream base is gluten free, however some of our flavours contain gluten from the mix-ins we use. For example, Cookies & Cream, Birthday Cake, Donut Raspberry Ripple are not gluten free.
Are all your flavours available in a take home pint?
We rotate our take home tub flavours as we make ice cream batches, so the flavours available in our take home tubs change every week.
Do you do burger delivery?
We only offer ice cream delivery on occasion, however you can pre order burgers for pick up from The Diner downtown Dunedin.
Do you do functions?
We are always interested in discussing function catering for a public or private event, although our availability is limited due to our trading schedule. Email us at hello@pattisandcream.co and we can discuss your event requirements.
Do you make your own waffle cones?
Yes we do, the waffle batter is hand made in our kitchens and every waffle cone is hand rolled weekly.
Where does your milk come from?
We use Anchor Silver Top milk and Anchor cream to make our ice cream. We also use Coconut milk for our Vegan ice cream base milk.
What if I’ve placed an order and need to cancel?
To cancel an order, please send us a direct message us through Instagram, Facebook Messenger or email hello@pattisandcream.co. Please set CANCEL ORDER as the subject, or as first line of text in your direct message.
Do you accept reservations?
Yes, we accept reservations at The Diner on George Street, however we only accept reservations for groups of 6 plus.
Are your burgers vegan or vegetarian friendly?
Our menu offers a full range of burgers, including vegan and vegetarian options. Our menu also accommodates other dietary requirements such as gluten and dairy free options. Our dessert menu also contains a continuous range of vegan ice cream and sorbets.
